Each natural person may register and maintain only one me77 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where me77 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended, net balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required for all withdrawal transactions. me77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. me77 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform at the relevant time. Members will be notified prior to any inactivity fees being applied.
me77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine members: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). me77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your current VIP tier and verification status.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by me77 are subject to these general terms and the specific terms and conditions stated on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus funds issued by me77 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, the games eligible for wagering contribution, the maximum bet amounts permitted when using bonus funds, and the bonus expiry dates are all disclosed on the individual promotion page at the time of opt-in. Playing with bonus funds above the stated maximum bet limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Each game available on the me77 Platform has its own applicable rules, which are accessible within the individual game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. All games on the me77 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live physical equipment overseen by independent testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent certification.
In the event of a malfunction, technical error, software bug, or network interruption that affects the outcome of any game, me77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Member's account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, me77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
